The prisoner was made to wear a black PVC t-shirt and tight white PVC boxer shorts. He was made to sit on an office chair and his wrists were cuffed to each side of the chair. His arms were tightly strapped to his upper body. His legs were pulled wide apart and his ankles and knees were chained and padlocked to the chair. Chains were passed around his waist, down either side of his crotch, pulled tight and then padlocked to the chair. A ball gag and head harness was strapped to his head and partial sensory deprivation was provided by a tight zip-up rubber hood with only two small nostril holes to allow breathing.
