The prisoner was made to lie down on the bed. His wrists were cuffed through the frame above his head at the top of the bed. His ankles were split wide and chained individually to the bed frame at the bottom.
The prisoner was made to wear a PVC top and skintight black lycra running shorts.
A golf ball was placed in his mouth and layers of duct tape were wrapped over it and around his head covering most of his face. A white soccer sock was used as a blindfold.
